So it requires a spectrum mobile and internet plan? Your repost of the T&C answered nothing about the title.

It's been confirmed by multiple people already that the S24 phones are all locked for 60 days. The reps can't unlock it even if they tried.

Please stop lying and giving people false hope.

I did this deal today in my local store. A free flip phone that was released last year. Beautiful display and it is snappy even though it has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. I also have a Flip 5 to compare against, and don't see a lot of difference in performance.
Did they let you apply the credit towards the price of the new phone?
Thanks

Yes. Purchased an S23 last year and only paid the difference. Thinking about getting one. Have an old A12 that qualifies.

Maybe you can just switch the SIM cards between the phones every day so they both are "active" every day.
For spectrum the sim cards are registered by IMEI so you can't just flip them back and forth.

I only have 1 mobile line. I recently did the S24 deal and paid full price instead of finance. Does anyone know if I can jump on this deal doing an upgrade and I'll still be able to unlock the S24 (and this Razr) after 60 days? Or do I need to keep my mobile line on the S24 for 60 days?
I called them to unlock my s24 because i was upgrading my line today for the free razr. They unlocked my s24 on the spot. I might just got lucky but you can try it.

can anyone help me please?
i am currently their internet customer,
if I want to jump to this deal, can I trade in any good condition phones for this moto razr?
or to trade 2 any good condition phones for S24 with addition $100/ per S24 if I do 2 lines?

never use spectrum mobile service before but if I can trade in any good condition phones for moto rarz for free or to just pay $100 per S24, that'll be good deal and to unlock them after 60 days.
they are running 2 lines for $30 for the phone service now, so that's just $60 for 2 lines for 60 days to unlock after all the trade in tax and fees.

TIA!

What's the cheapest ebay phone I can buy that qualifies?
iPhone 6 can be had for about $30 if you keep an eye out. I've bought a 6 and a 6s for under $25 each. Both are for trade ins.

Too bad they don't take TCL or ZTE phones. I've got two old ones laying around. But yet they take Kyocera and Alcatel..

I checked online trade-in, the accepted phones listed are Samsung, Google, Apple, LG, and Motorola. Was anyone able to trade other phones in store? I have an old Nokia phone laying around. TIA

Doesn't hurt to try in-store, worst they say is no and you lose some of your time.
I believe you can make an appointment for mobile to cut down on the wait time if store is busy.
