How long can I wait before activating the phone? Just got the s24 deal and now tempted by this but need to wait 60 days for the s24 to unlock.

You have to be clear and firm about paying in full, check paper/receipt they give you before leaving.
Store Rep. get commission/bonus for every 36 month plan they sell.
They get commission for people upgrading even if it's the full payment. I know because I once had an employee who wanted to finish my upgrade process before a different employee tried to take over and he told me why afterward.

I don't know if they get a bigger commission for 36 months.

Traded in a locked phone in store this morning for $807 and received instant $800 off. However, was charged $56 for state and local sales tax.

State: North Carolina.

It says if you canceled your responsible for the remaining balance, now if you do that in store and trade ur phone and pay the difference then cancel after 60 days, would they still charge you for the balance?

I'm lucky since I just got Spectrum Internet last year and started doing these deals during the S23. They easily have the best trade in deals ever compared to Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile.

I will probably stay on Spectrum forever if they keep up with these trade in promotions. Applause

What do "bill credits" mean? Does it mean the price of the phone is spread across the term of the contract? Or that it's covered by just paying the regular bill for mobile / data access?

Went to a different store and they won't accept my trade unless the phone is unlocked. I don't think this is true because most of my trades are lock d phones . What's going on here? Plus, they never asked me if my phone was ever locked. Lol
This is a first for me. I drove freaking 30min.Frown

Yes the 700 plus trade in value or 800 would be spread across the 36 payments. Shouldn't be a problem if pay in full at store. Apparently some possibility of them applying as account credit vs back to your card paid with if you do paid in full and online order and then ship in your trade in.

I went back in and that witch didn't even budge. Finally, I told her to get the manager or call corporate because I'm not leaving.
Walked out with th phone and told her I will be back tomorrow with another trade.Smilie

They can blacklist you from store purchases, in happened in the S23 thread when people did to many buys/trades. Corporate does the blacklist, not the local store.
The Rep will try to process your order and it won't go through.
It didn't seem to blacklist from online purchases though.
