I talked to a buddy who had this last year in the winter after it was marked to the same price. I guess the biggest flaw is it'll rust easily in states like Michigan. Pretty sure this is meant those Arizona, Nevada, etc lol. The states that never 🌧️ lol.
I wish it was propane though, I'd have to run a line from the other side of the house to hook it up. Heck of a deal though OP!
I got one of these a couple of years back. Arrived broken so they discounted it very good and I decided to keep it and glue the sides which are made of like a fiberglass and cement mix. Some parts rusted about a year later, called Sams and they sent me replacement parts. It is lifetime guarantee so ideally you can use for ever and get free parts for life or return whenever you are not satisfied. I modified mine and added an RV sink on the left side with a drain and hooked up water to it. Burners work well. The panel behind the front knobs gets super hot to the point where if you touch it it will burn you. I added fiberglass padding to the section behind the knobs and it improved greatly, even the knobs would get a bit too hot melting the part where it plugs, that's the major flaw I found. I have the propane one, it heats up well up to 600F no problem. If you cook greasy burgers it will flare up making it impossible because of how the grease flows down into the bottom pan, I wouldn't recommend for cooking a large batch of greasy burgers, trust me on that. It is super heavy and takes some time to move around and adjust feet properly to make it even as it is 3 separate units. Comes on two large boxes on top of a pallet. They will not put in your backyard unless you pay more so have a dolly ready and some help.
ABSOLUTELY! I bought on sale at same price and do not regret it. I got quotes for similar outdoor kitchens and they wanted 12K - 15K. It may not be as fancy as a custom built one but it has done everything I needed for a fraction of the price and looks great. No regerts!

This was exactly my experience with a prior version of this grill several years ago. All the issues that were described are spot-on. Parts rusting, frequent out-of-control flare-ups due to the flame tamers being too high and knobs getting too hot among many other shipping damage upon arrival. Most was fixable if you are good at DIY repair however; that only worked until they stopped making parts the next year or so. As much of a pain in the @ss it was, out of principle I hauled the entire thing back to Sam's Club for a refund. I had swore off Sam's Club grills because of this but like an idiot bought one of the Member Mark Pellet Grills that was $400 and it too is starting to rust all over the place even with the cover on. I suspect Sam's is just Member Mark random badging grill partners until they get enough complaints or the company goes bankcrupt. Sad to see this as they really used to have some awesome grills back in the day.
I contacted prokan to compere this with https://slickdeals.net/f/17278384-natural-gas-member-s-mark-78-4-burner-rustic-ledge-island-grill-999

From whatever response I got from prokan what i interpret is that this one has chance of rust where as the other (burner-rustic-ledge-island-grill-999) seems to be having more aluminium parts and less er chance to rust

Anyone planning to convert this to propane? I bought one and intended to convert it. I read that certain btu requires the right orifices. Someone with experience show me the right conversion kit would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
