Uh not really chinese manufacturing is superior. They mastered the craft. Made in USA is pretty much lower tier now. I'm American and we don't make much of anything any more. If we do, the Spanish people are making it for us.

There are some really high quality products coming out of China, but it's typically not tools. It's not that China isn't capable of making good tools, but that it's more expensive than manufacturers and consumers are usually willing to pay for.

It's the same crap. Dewalt, Milwaukee owns chinese factories. 85 percent of all power tools are made in China.
