I got mine a few days ago and used it a little bit. I was able to connect my laptop via USB-C only and power and display just fine. Was also able to connect my switch, but it took a lot more cables to achieve the same goal, but possible at least!
Initial impressions is it's cheap, but the screen is half decent. I wouldn't say it's good for gaming, but for having a second monitor while on travel to do excel, emails, web browsing, etc it will do the job just fine. The "case" is pathetic imo. It doesn't hang on it very well when closed, and the propping up options were not intuitive to me, nor do they do a good job, I found it falling down occasionally.

But my ASUS ZenScreen has been going strong. Looks great, I even dropped it once, and not one complaint about it yet.
Edit: Also the power adaptor on most of these are optional. Not all USB-C ports put out enough power.

Works as intended. The best thing I like about these newer external displays is you can use any variation of input+power. Can be powered by external power or just one cable from the monitor. Can charge the connected device as well if external power is sufficient enough.
Stand sucks, magnet isn't strong enough and you can't use it on your lap. Still haven't found a solution for using these kinds of displays on anything other than a table
