My 65W WeWatch (i.e. no name) GaN charger is 117g. It has two USB-C ports and one USB-A. Compared to that, this Amazon Basics charger sounds like a behemoth / dinosaur of a charger.

It only sags if your outlets are loose or not tight fitting. I installed new outlets throughout the house and have not had any outlets that sag with these jumbo wall warts.

You can also google PD 3.0 standard.
For super fast charging 2.0 you need an e-marker type c cable and a compatible charger.
Some PD 3.0 chargers don't do super fast charging 2.0. But all PD 3.0 chargers will do super fast charging for Samsung. I have them.
