I compared the multivitamin (general) here to the Walmart Equate multivitamin (men's version).

The Nature Made has generally higher levels of ingredients. It contains molybdenum for some reason (deficiency is very uncommon). It does not have Lycopene (Walmart mens does).

The difference in mens 50+ is it has more b12 and takes out the iron. Walmart mens also no iron.

The biggest difference is the 50+ do not have iron. Iron isn't good to supplement for some people. 50+ also has higher B12 - probably thinking energy.
