The Nature Made has generally higher levels of ingredients. It contains molybdenum for some reason (deficiency is very uncommon). It does not have Lycopene (Walmart mens does).
The difference in mens 50+ is it has more b12 and takes out the iron. Walmart mens also no iron.

You can get too much D that can lead to bad calcification. High D supplemented with K2 helps with that.
