well isolate is not the first ingredient on the label
whey hydrolysate is the first ingredient
which meants it could be 98% hydrolysate and 1% isolate based on ingredients order
however hydroysate is new to me, apparently it's beneficial?
the low cholesterol means it really is isolate however that could be a lie without testing, their test batch could have been real and over the months/years they just change suppliers like muscletech does

and note how it's "made in usa FROM INTERNATIONAL ingredients" lol
this is one of those businesses the FDA sues a decade later and no-one serves a day in prison
They use high heat along with acid or enzymes to breakdown the protein. Basically partially pre-digesting it for you so that it gets through your stomach quicker.
This process is expensive which is why some are saying the price seems almost too good.

last price I can find it was $70 in 2021
not sure why it says "NEW" on iherb unless they just started carrying it so it's new to them
basically you'll know if it's not isolate if you get gas from it
