It's very confusing - it says the "full board upgrade" includes all the food. But it also says the food is included in the non-full board upgrade. Not sure I'd trust this right now.

I looked into this resort when I booked my honeymoon. The main detractors for me (at the time) were that it wasn't fully all-inclusive (breakfast and dinner only included and their menu was somewhat limited and had a lot of add-on options) and I also read that this is a man-made lagoon so there were comments about the snorkeling not being as great as other natural locations. It looks beautiful, though.

No - full board generally refers to food. However, after reading it a bit more closely, it appears that only lunch OR dinner is included in the regular price. And full board has both included, along with one hour of unlimited drinks daily (versus one drink per night).

Good point - I was reading through all the reviews and while there were lots and lots of pictures, there were none of people in the water, which I thought was odd. No snorkeling pictures, etc. You definitely may be right there. If I'm going to the Maldives, daily snorkeling is #1 on my personal list, so would be a pass just because of this.
