20% S&S coupon applies to any of the Tasty Bites options available from the drop down menu. A few of the other varieties that are discounted (<$20) include Bombay Potatoes, Channa Masala, Sweet Potato Korma, and Vegetable Tikka Masala
I ate these every day for lunch for about 2 years. Still really like them. Can be had cheaper at Costco
Over a half cup (dry) of cooked rice is a big inexpensive meal
if you live near an indian grocer, they may sell 10oz packs like this with a far wider variety of cooked ingredients, spice complexity and heat levels for $2-$3 each. i don't buy madras at all because most of their products are geared to the bland low spice low heat american pallet.
Sodium per pouch is too high for me (1040mg or 45% of your DV). Darn, really wanted to get these.

just to note though. The 2300 recommended daily value is only for the average American that doesn't exercise on a regular basis(or at all). That DV gets thrown out the window the moment you are an active individual.
I've found these to almost match better with Mexican night than Indian.
Definitely has the refried beans profile going on. Actually really tasty for what it is and I agree with ya, first time trying it, I almost thought I bought a mexican food bag.
Certified organic by QAI (2/20/2019) and EcoCert (10/11/2017).

So basically. They took the organic test once. And never took the test again. So there's no way to gurantee these are organic or non gmo right now
When it comes to certifications it's a yearly thing. Depending on the organization, raw ingredients tests by third party, suppliers tested too. It's a once a year thing usually and I know the non GMO certification costs a few grand
They're also not exactly gluten free. Most of the time they are but I had to stop eating them. It was kind of maddening trying to figure out what was making me sick. I used to love Tasty Bite.

recall that recommended daily values are not based on science whatsoever and come from the same people who created the food pyramid and recommend low fat foods
