Physical media is dead my friend. Like the Frozen Queen sings, Let it go…
They weren't suggesting buy physical over digital; their point was that Amazon temporarily leases the content they are trying to sell us. So if we pay $48 for these ten seasons thinking that we own it, but Amazons no longer has this content 6 months from now, then Anticrawl is warning us that we would be screwed. So the suggestion is to go to another app like crunchy roll and watch it there via subscription instead f buying it.
Nah worse than that. He literally straight up mentioned nyaa which is illegally pirating.
At that point his whole argument goes out the window as you can steal anything and nothing is a slickdeal.
That's not necessarily true. I bought a season of Rocky and bullwinkle a while back hoping to slowly buy them all, and now you can't buy them anymore. The one I bought, however, is still available for me to watch.
