Only downside is there are tons of little bandages, hand wipes, and such. Probably to bump up the piece count to an 80-Piece first aid kit. I'd rather have a 40-Piece first aid kit with 40 good pieces, than a kit with a bunch of filler pieces.

Came in handy once already when i was at my camp and had a nasty little cut from a splitting wedge shard.
