Difference between the one from this post and the one you linked (that I own) - this one has really nice carbon fiber scales and s90v steel (versus 'grivory' aka plastic scales and s30v blade for the orange one). The orange one is cool and I don't worry about it as much. But the carbon fiber one is sexxxy.
I don't know what the exchange price is for the orange 533-4 (you can periodically find them on sale for ~$110), but if you could get this 533-3 for ~$160 (the OP price less the YMMV $40 off $200 member coupon), I'd take this one instead.
If you can get the $40 off $200, this is 1/2 off MSRP. Not condoning it, just stating the facts, man.
