Of note, backing up what is said here. These are REALLY designed for the gym, like the original Metcon series was. What that means in practice is they don't have a lot of soft cushioning, because when you are underweight (Squats, Deadlifts) soft soled shoes can deform under you and get you injured. So as a result these are TERRIBLE walking/running shoes. They are really made for lifting and low impact.
Just a heads up for others/to kind of explain this review.
Bought this. Most uncomfortable shoe I've ever tried on. Had to return

Thank you. Giving these a shot since I will only use them for my home gym.

No problem. Hope they go well. If you don't like them I would suggest trying the Metcon line (not the frees, the straight Metcons) or the Reebok Nanos as both are basically just higher end versions of this concept of a weightlifting shoe.
One of my employees (I own a shoe business) was a HS football player and we were talking about it. "What do you lift in?" "Oh just like these".
Dude was wearing a Nike Air Max 90... I was like okay "Imagine you are under a squat around your PR. Now imagine what happens if one of those air bubbles pops under you while you are under that weight."
"Oh... OHHHH" lol. I hope he listened because it's a good way to end up in the hospital and with a broken body for life.
I was disappointed with the soles of the previous gen, Nike Legend Essential 2. Much of the middle did not contact the floor. My shoes would slip on wet floors unlike my other workout shoes. It looks like Nike continued the hollow middle in the 3 but the rest of the sole looks better than the 2.
