Smith is more known for other optics like ski and snowboard goggles and gear. Wife and I both have a set of ski goggles and they're excellent. I have a pair of cycling sunglasses with 3 interchangeable lenses that are great as well.

Welp, glass lenses got me to pull the trigger so we'll see if the Wilsons are any good.

For anyone else looking:

1.) Eyedictive is fine. I'm no shill - like other SDers in the chat I've bought Smiths from them before with no issue.

2.) Smith is fine. They make pretty decent gear, and I suppose Safilo is marginally better than Luxottica.

3.) The Deckboss is cattle-sized fit, so order accordingly.

I placed two separate orders but only received one confirmation email for my first order. Anyone else experience the same issue?

Update: I received shipping confirmation emails for both orders, so must have been a fluke.

Smith at this price is great bang for buck.

Lately I find they hold up a bit better then Oakley. I still buy O but quality definitely not the same anymore.

Have bought from Eyedictive about 10 times through the years. Some for wife and son. Never any issues.

Chromapop lenses are really nice.
