FWIW, it's a crapshoot with what you receive in terms of condition.
I ordered a few different models around Christmas, one had firmware that wouldnt update, one came in the oem box that was beat to sh*t and had obvious scuffs and one came in oem box inside a shipping box and looked brand new.
They all worked and I haven't had any performance issues yet, other than not being able to update firmware so cross your fingers and hope for a good one.

I bought one last time and it looked perfect. Battery goes from 90% to dead in like an hour when the app says it's like 20 hours left at current load. Trying to get replaced or fixed under warranty. Kind of a nightmare!

Same problem I have. I just got to use my dual delta pro setup with voltage hub for 240v backup for a day and the refurb went from 50% to dead in 30 mins so I had to unhook the setup and run the new one by itself even though they were splitting the load equally. The new one worked correctly and lasted hours longer from 50% never dying. Do not buy their refurb junk or you'll see how bad their warranty service will be. Their firmware updates have always been buggy new or refurbished but have gotten better recently.

-Ypi need to calibrate the battery, and that should be done every 3 months or so.

The River 2 Pro is 768wh. Not 720wh. i own it and the Delta 2. Love them both. great engineering and LFP batteries. The combo deal on the River 2 pro with portable solar panel is a great deal.

I think I might jump on this. I had a weird interest in this a month or 2 ago and did a little research into this subject. IMO this is the unit that is most worth getting:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/14507492...SwPeJlxfAX

The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro offers a LifePO4 battery unlike the standard River Pro which has a much superior lifespan and the 768Wh model is the minimum capacity that would be able to power a large spectrum of household appliances for a realistic amount of time (IMO). $320.14 after tax is a steal for this unit.

My next goal is to look out for a deal on solar panels for this unit.

EDIT: Getting this bundle instead: https://www.ebay.com/itm/14527092...SwgdVlxe2j

800 watts running is equivalent to roughly 6.5 amps. That won't run much of an appliance. They show a coffee maker plugged into it. Ain't gonna happen.

Not in any kind of "official way", but technically you could via 12 volt connection. 12 volt cig lighter to solar XT60 connection.

I got a refurb River Pro 2 last time this was on the FP and it's been great. It powers my telescope mount, dew heaters, asiair, and camera all night and still had plenty of capacity the next morning.

It can run appliances like that via X-Boost, it'll just take longer for the heating element to heat up and satisfy the thermostat.

I have hooked a 1500 watt space heater to mine in X-Boost and the function does work as advertised. Its only for resistive loads because it does drop the voltage some.

No, connects to a river extra battery which does not work on it's own.

The rivers only charge 200w of solar panels max. Thats where the low end ecoflow models fail. They are not meant for off grid unless its very low use like usb charging.

How does the warranty works on these? Do you have to ship on your dime for replacement?
