There's only like 100 reviews stating how the coating comes off either in flakes, onto paper towels, right onto sponges when cleaning, or into food when cooking. Seems super safe 😆. It's PTFE aka Teflon coating.

Can't wait to taste the extra flavor of non-stick "granite" coating. Yum. 🤤
Project Farm made me lol, great youtube channel.
I have this that was part of a 2-pack from Costco about 2 years ago. You get what you pay for. The non-stick is hanging on but the pan seems worn for something that gets used maybe once a week. I would not buy this brand again. It's probably worth about $20 for a few years of occasional use.

Doesn't seem like that great of a price. Can get at Home Depot for $19.99 or less with GC deals/military discount. https://www.homedepot.com/pep/GRA.../312985315

Edit: HD is aluminum, so I guess not the same. My mistake. FWIW I have the stainless steel one, it came as a 2 pack with a smaller one from Costco for $20 and I love them both and would recommend to anyone.

I believe one of the granitestone pans just ranked really highly in the projectfarm video. Not sure if this particular one though.

Greenpan, Granitestone, and Oxo performed best on the hardness test, in that order. I got the Oxo set from the QVC deal a few days ago and it's a great set.

Have gone through at least 3 of these. Works great until the coating wears off then everything sticks badly.
