This may be a hot take, but this was SO much better when the noodles were smooth and didn't have those stupid "ridges" or whatever in them.

I usually get the quick single cups (Krafts and Velveeta) for kiddo when I need a quick meal for her but these are much better quality over them.

You still have to cook the noodles, but you don't need to add milk or a powdered mix.

The noodle now have ridges to better hold the sauce. The sodium level is high - 940mg per box. Walmart has these for $3.28 a box ($9.84 for 3). If you don't mind using a powdered cheese pack you mix with milk & butter you can get this down to $1.19 a box.

got these just to try them, but we think the Velveeta brand is much better and has more taste.

LOVED this stuff back in the day. Used to buy it by the case from Sams. But it's changed, and it's a huge sodium bomb so and I'm old now, so... ... meh.
