Great price for this. The Ace is usually considered the best of the mid-range video tripods (not cheap junk, not a true "pro" setup). This is about the price level where you start getting dependably nice pans and tilts and good adjustability/setup options. The Ace has a nice smooth action, decent enough construction, minimal kickback at the end of pans/tilts, has adjustable drag, has variable counterbalancing, uses the popular Manfrotto 501-style plates.

The legs aren't the greatest but are totally functional. Doesn't have the drop-in style plate attachment, you do have to slide the plate in from the back. Limited load capacity, I wouldn't go much larger than a mirrorless/DSLR with a mid-range lens, mic, monitor. If you need something for a heavier setup and/or 400mm+ focal length you will most likely need something bigger/better. There are slightly bigger versions of the Ace (Ace L and Ace XL) that handle more weight.

Note that if you just need a static shot, for instance a home Youtube setup where you will just be locking off the tripod and then talking to the camera, this is overkill; a more basic video-style head would be fine, or even a ball-head style. This type of head is what you get when you want smooth, even pans/tilts.
