While that is technically true, some phone manufacturers have country versions that contain separate cellular radio receivers. That may make an unlocked US phone not work in another country at all due to incompatible radios or fewer receivers than standard and data and phone calls are worse.

I got my OnePlus 7 Pro used about 1.25yrs after release. Battery capacity dropped to 89% two weeks after I got it, according to AccuBattery (guessing original owner always maxed it while using the warp charger). In the roughly 3.25 years since I've done my best to keep it near the middle third charge range, and have only recently dropped to 82% capacity. Keep your charge level away from the top and bottom 20% ranges as much as possible, and you'll easily get 3x the battery longevity.

AccuBattery is great for helping with that as you can set it to alert you when it reaches a certain percentage. I set it to 66% because that gave me room for it to not reach that top 20% if I couldn't get to taking it off the charger at that exact moment. I've often still wound up falling asleep with it on the charger, but keeping it in range whenever I otherwise could has obviously made a big difference.

Got in on that Pixel 7 Pro for $99 with year of Mint service deal, but having the same fingerprint reader issues so many others have reported so I'm still using my trusty OP7P as my daily driver. Glad it's still got decent battery capacity.

So keep the level between 20-80 is the trick? Will try that with my new OnePlus. As for mint love that I've had it for years and do the 15g yearly. Having to pay my phone bill once a year is great.

Does the 7 not have an option to limit max charge? I can do that on the N30.

Pros: Great LTE/5G reception on basic $20 Visible plan. Great display and audio & call quality. And one thing that tops other operating systems - when using gesture nav, you can actually turn off all "nav symbols" at bottom of display. Yes that means this Moto is completely full screen, unlike others with a long dash at bottom center. Cons: Battery life aint good like samsung batteries, and cameras are only average (both are no big deal for me). For visible network and verizon carriers, do not get unlocked AT&T. You want the unlocked T-Mobile version, has mmwave, fully compatible

Remember if you go get a carrier phone, make sure it's with the carrier you want to use it with. Or expect it to not work 100% on the other carriers, even if they use the same towers.

I disagree try that on any other brand of phone to see if you can turn nav symbols off completely without any symbol at the bottom
