I wear these exact contacts for 2 months at a time with no issues. More often that not I'll replace them because of a slight tear rather than because I actually need to.

Been doing this for 20 years. Saves a ton of money. Don't listen to what the eye doctors say about "2-3 weeks." I wear contacts everyday. There have been times I've gotten through the whole summer with 1 pair of contacts.

Keep them clean and be gentle...they will last much longer than what the box says.

i've been using acuvue oasys contacts for a few years and have been pretty happy with them.. but is there an advantage to using the 1-day contacts? i've always used ones that need to be disposed of bi-weekly..

I routinely get 2 almost 3 months out of mine as well, and I'm one of the freaks that can leave them in during that time too, never take them out, never bothers my eyes and been doing that for 20 years now. These things really are awesome contacts. A box of 6 for each eye easily lasts me a year.

Can I give a 2 year old prescription? Or they have rigid requirements with that?

This is a killer deal. I paid over $250 a year ago for 24 Acuvue Oasys contacts. Stocking up. Thanks!

Dailies are great for having around when you don't want to deal with carrying stuff around to clean and store your lenses after each use so like when you're traveling and camping. In general I prefer dailies since you get to put on a fresh new lens each use. BTW your doc can write you an rx for more than one contact lens, so you could just keep using bi-weekly but also have dailies on hand if you ever needed it.

Price is almost similar to costco. I rather get it from costco. More reputable seller

no reputable place would fulfill an expired contact lens prescription. I think most prescriptions are valid for 1-2 years

If you are looking for years supply, I see lens.com is much cheaper https://www.lens.com/contact-lens...d_source=1

There's another one with cheaper price

I'm getting into contacts again (astigmatism) after getting LASIK done 15yrs ago. So trying to find most reliable pace to order..
Been looking at getting LASIK myself. I thought it was permanent?

"Wear them for 4 months no issues, been doing it for 20 year"

Yea and you just weirdly get "pink eye" 20x more often than someone who doesn't 😂

Next time you have your exam, ask your Dr. to try them out.

Personally I found the 1-day contacts would dry out faster and by a 6/7/8pm time frame each day, I'd want them out of my eyes, even with drops throughout the day.

The bi-weekly, I could easily go till 10/11/midnight/1am with and use less drops throughout the day, so I ended up just sticking with them.

I've tried the 1-day things a couple times now and each time the same thing + the added cost of 1-day just didn't make it worth it for me.

But your doc will give you a sample pack, try them out.

I use this brand as well. A few years back, I remember when I told my eye doctor that I use my contacts 2-3 months and she flipped out on me. She told me she was astonished that I didn't have an infection yet then after exam she noted how well my eyes look. So dumb.

I purchased Air Optix just last week from them and just took pictures of my boxes after reading a comment that it works. They will first send an email telling you that isn't a valid prescription and then in a day or two they will ship it.
