Not seeing amazon as a seller anywhere.

Anyone have experience buying a renewed Pixel phone before?

I switched from 7 Pro
to 8 Pro and honestly couldn't tell the difference. Seems like the best deal going for a pixel phone right now.

My solution to that problem is that I have cloud back ups turned off on my pixel 8, but I use the "nearby share" feature to send photos to my pixel XL and then my XL uploads them to the cloud for me. It sounded like a pain, but it really hasn't been because the transfer happens so quickly.

Except those phones would be locked to mint. And I would call it the slickdeal effect, not necessarily bots.

That was not "pro" deal. Just Pixel 7, which was still a good deal. I got it for my dad as Christmas present Big Grin

Tempting. Seller reviews aren't particularly encouraging though.

Okay deal but I've never understood why anyone would waste $100 for phone insurance. Phone cases are rock solid now and Pixels are fine if you get a bit of water on it. Save your money.

It's a not great solution, If you take a lot of photos, or worse, videos, like me, it'll take a lot of effort and time to transfer between phones. Some people say to get a sync app, but I've tried what I could find and none of them work. The only realistic solution is to connect both phones to a PC from time to time and use that to copy files. Even then, if you use social media etc, like IG, it doesn't see the files the same way so it's hard to find the ones you want.

I used to take an insane amount of photos but less now. Will the nearby share feature work on different folders like screenshots downloads Instagram etc? I do a lot of photo and video editing for business social media.
