Went with the H224 because it seemed like a cheap option for a new interface that could handle 2 inputs, had a more mixer-like layout, and reviews were mostly positive.
The included mics and headphone are probably worth $20 if you have no other mics and/or headphones.

My first mic was a Sterling, they're really nice for the value end of things. It was kind of like a budget AT2020. I ended up switching to dynamic mics because they don't pick up as much background noise, but I do remember my sterling very fondly.
