Bed Bath & Beyond has the Toto Drake on sale. If you sign up for emails (a button with an email icon and "20% off" appears on the right side of the item's page) you can get a 20% off coupon immediately added to your cart.

If you prefer Overstock.com (they own BB&B now), they also have a President's Day sale. When I added the item to my cart it listed the 20% off coupon and all I had to do was click activate. So it's the same deal.

I recently ordered one from Lowe's that I price matched to a different deal, ship to store, and one from this BB&B deal, ship to house. For the Lowe's order they had the boxes strapped to a pallet and brought the pallet to my car and then undid the strapping, both pieces were in excellent shape. For the BB&B order, the manufacturer's box was placed within another box with several layers of coiled paper padding for both pieces, both arrived in excellent shape as well. Obviously your Lowe's may differ but my experience with both was great.
