That's a warning for me to stay away. Our granddaughters are rough enough on their toys lol.
The issue is with the moving picture inside the unit. It is a single, long sticker that is still attached to its backing. A small portion is removed so it can stick to itself. The problem is, the sticker comes unstuck from the backing and itself, removing the tension on the pulleys to move it. My first solution was to just tape it back together, which didn't hold long. My latest fix was to remove the sticker from its backing and put it on a piece of paper and then tape the two ends together. This alleviates the issue of the sticker coming off the backing which ultimately is the root cause. I haven't had any issues once I implemented this change. You shouldn't have to do it, but I already had it and needed a solution.
All that being said, my kids love it.
