Good deal, but don't get too excited about the "lux" leather. It's your bog standard, thin, chrome-tanned, painted leather from god knows where. The white color is quick to scratch and chip if damaged, and there isn't really any fixing it like you can with a natural leather product.
That said, there are a few price points for Stan Smiths and I wouldn't buy any cheaper version. My first pair was their cheaper version in white and green, and they became my lawn shoes after a few wears because of how hideous the creasing was; like plastic. The lux leather will still look alright after a year of wear, unless you damage the painted surface. Very easy to clean with a damp rag.
god i wish they stopped putting "stan smith" on the side and his fugly face on the tongue. i love these shoes, but the regular ones' recycled materials quality is shit and lux has too much branding. i just want the plainest version from quality materials..

What the fvck are you talking about? The leather is premium. I own two pairs of these. You must clearly be confused with another model, or have some sort of allegiance to Nike. Don't listen to this guy. The shoe is indeed a premium shoe. The quality matches those of more expensive brands, and for sub $60, don't think twice.
I bought a pair of lux stan smiths and reebok club c 85 for around 60 each this past Christmas. Between the two of them, I feel the reeboks look nicer on my feet and are more comfortable. The stan smiths develop an ugly crease at least on my feet.

Wow I didn't even notice his face until you mentioned it, glad I decided to read some of the comments before I purchased it
