I don't either, but since synthetic oil is shelf stable for 5 years I'll just put it away until I need it.

I think it's a lot longer than that, I have yet to see any expiration date on oil packaging...

You're right, there's no expiration date on any oil that I've seen either. However, they do have a production date and most manufacturers suggest a 5 year shelf life [mobil.com].
