I'm using one of these now after coming from a Mionix Avior 7000 gaming mouse and a Razer Diamondback before that. I love it. I don't have to worry about batteries or disconnection. I instantly got used to the ergo design (unlike my Kinesis Advantage2 which took a week to get used to). And it stays cleaner than my previous mouse. The build quality is great. I don't use the side buttons, but have used the quick adjust DPI feature. I like how quickly I can toggle between 3 devices. It's a little hard for the wheel to switch into free scroll mode in my opinion, but it still feels nice. It glides smooth with the full wrap around teflon. My cat has knocked it off my desk a couple times and it's fine. I haven't really gamed with it, but I hear it's not ideal. I definitely had to spend time dialing in the sensitivity (maybe there's a hair of acceleration still on it even though I thought I disabled it). Works well in Windows and MacOS, but installing their dumb app is helpful unfortunately. I played with the auto switching at the edge of the screen mechanic, but that's usually not my workflow, so I haven't done it much, but it was intuitive.

Edit: I forgot people said it's for small hands. I'm average male height, with slim build and long fingers and like it alot. The buttons are fairly large, so I doubt that would be an issue for larger hands. But the placement of the palm may feel awkward if you have large hands.
Apparently made for small-to-medium sized hands.
I got this a few months back for work. Didn't realize how small it was when I bought it. I have average sized hands for a guy and if I were to hold it correctly my fingers extend out past the buttons. I have to curl my finger back quite a bit to use the scroll wheel. I'm still using it, but wouldn't buy it again because of the size. Especially for the normal $89 price. Definitely not worth that much. No issues other than that.

those vertical mouse are great for work. i suppose it may take someone sometime to get use to, but my MX vertical mouse instantly replaced all my other MX 2 and 3 mouses. and I think this is just a smaller version of the MX vertical .

i do very much miss the horizontal scroll wheel, and in general, the metal scroll wheel fond on MX3 series.

This. I knew this before buying one a few months ago because I liked the idea of an ergo mouse for work, even though I wear a L to XL glove... I just couldn't get used to it. Felt like my hand swallowed the mouse. Went with a MX Master mouse to swap between 2 work laptops and PC and have been very happy.

It's not design for fast game movement.
I use this kind of mouse for work, but use regular mouse (g602) for games

I wouldn't buy this mouse for gaming because Logitech made some extremely poor decisions on the scroll wheel. They seem to have throttled the input rate on the scroll wheel or something, it basically just stops working when you scroll really fast (back-and-forth, it's fine if you scroll in the same direction).

Here's a thread I started on reddit about it [reddit.com], there are a couple other complaints as well so I assume this is intended behavior and not just some issue with my mouse. I also bought two of these mice hoping the issue was just a one-off (because other than the scroll wheel, the mouse is great!) but unfortunately the issue was present on the second mouse too.

I found it to feel too cramped on the hands. I ended up getting the MS Sculpt mouse instead

FYI this mouse has quiet switches, so it's basically silent when you click. We got two for our office and it's great for the environment.

Currently using this mouse for work. I love this mouse and would recommend it to anyone that uses a mouse all day for work. Like other people said this is for small to medium size hands.

Is there a left-handed model of this mouse?
