I'd been a happy Secondipity customer for years and vouched for them here on SD (see post history), but they've adopted new, consumer-unfriendly policies. Reports that they're sending items that aren't actually refurbished, rejecting returns, and banning customers who return are 100% accurate.
My couple purchases didn't meet condition criteria. Got a Sony AZ3000ES receiver ($1000 item) with stickers on it and a sizable dent to case. Tried to work it out with their eBay support, but they claimed it was in acceptable condition for a refurb and made no effort to address other than suggesting I return it. Didn't provide a paid shipping label (policy violation). When I left negative feedback they banned me from bidding.
Not the top shop it used to be. Can no longer recommend.
