Lots of junk vitamins.

"Natures Made" Vitamin C

Ingredients: Ascorbic Acid, Corn Starch, Cellulose Gel, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Rose Hips, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

In other words, these are "corn starch" pills. That is what the ascorbic acid is derived from.

Be sure to check label. Most of these don't even contain a one month supply, or are not RDA. Check quantity vs dose.

No I think the corn starch is mostly there to add bulkness to the pill so it can be swallowed and compacted. Pure Ascorbic acid might actually eat through your tounge, it's an acid.

Sand issue but expiring in May, but still no use. Tried to chat with Amazon customer agent, they rejected to return or refund.
