Based on previous name of the day promos, they have accepted similar variations of the names. Honestly, the cashiers don't usually even ask for ID when I have gone. They just ask for your name and that's about it. YMMV.

i bet they will give you the deal if you're nice about it, even if you don't have the "right" name. or you could give a fake name and hope they don't ask for ID, or just say you forgot your ID or whatever
