You better really really love Star Wars if you buy this watch for the price advertised! If you look at materials used and the "fancy" quartz movement 😂 this is a $20 watch all day long! It doesn't have any cool stuff like Eco Drive where the face is a solar cell that charges the battery or anything worth anything!
I have all manner of Star Wars stuff and I'm a bit of a watch nerd.
This comment is painfully true.

Maybe if this watch was $150 and the sale price was $50 or $60 I would consider grabbing this (to literally just only "add to collection" but almost never wear it). For $200 sale price to $475 list price they are smoking something.

but yes the lore of that franchise is so broken now there isn't anything left.
That Casio for $25 is actually worth buying if you want or need this style of watch. I bought the Casio Tiffany homage - cheaply made but a fun little quartz if you can get it for $50-60. Everything Casio and g-shock punch above it's weight, I see why there are legions of Casio fans out there. Looks fantastic on the wrist. https://www.macys.com/shop/produc...D=15663215

Yeah, mineral crystal is gonna scratch if you actually use the watch.
People shit on the crystal but it is OK.

Yeah, when I saw it I was perplexed by the price. This is a better watch and it is $30 but it goes down to $20 and maybe less sometimes.

More specifically, Kathleen Kennedy killed it - before Disney got their stink on it.

What's disturbing is that 14 of 14 written reviews on Amazon are all vine reviews of a free product. And even then, some of the recipients are unimpressed with the free watch. I'm sure I'd be a lot more critical if I paid this much for it.

I have 2 of these. One is an exclusive green that I purchased in Japan ($221 total with exchange rate advantage) and another is white, very minimalist. It's a unique retro design with a beautiful casing and a Made in Japan movement (case assembled in China).

Top left shows Hour/Minutes, top right shows Seconds. Digital can show time, alarm, stopwatch, a 2nd time (for travel), and temperature (useless on wrist, but a cool feature). It's impressive how many complications such a small movement has. The price is fair when you consider everything. Just my opinion.

Rogue One was the last good one they made. Been a shitshow since Last Jedi.

Rogue One and Andor give me hope that they can still make compelling stories, in the right hands.

It looks like a tie fighter watch. Black steel is the last thing I'd associate with the millennium falcon. The casio g9000 - 8v , nicknamed the stormtrooper, actually resembles the shape and color of the millennium falcon.
