For $35 which includes all taxes and fees, Visible plus adds on 5G ultrawide band access, 50gb priority data (same priority as Verizon customers get), and international coverage. There's not another plan with any mobile company that matches that. It's the best bargain out there for what it offers. But if you run into any issues then you will have to deal the worst customer service you've ever experienced in your life.

Chatting with CS helped! If using the live agent via the app , just type in "speak with agent" instead of using their digital assistant, I went in an endless loop a couple of times when selecting "promo issues" with out much help.

Currently on visible plus for $45 and told them I wanted to apply save10

Is there a big difference between the Visible vs Visible+ plan? I am on the regular plan and quite satisfied with it, no issues so far. I'm thinking about upgrading but not sure about the difference to justify the extra $10

In some areas, regular is really good. In Sacramento, we consistently get around 200 Mbps. If you're getting that level of speeds, I'd say stick with Visible. In the bay, it's worse, max around 60 at night but daytime is a bit rough. So I'm thinking of swapping to Visible+ to get a bit of priority

Did another support chat and this time they told me they need to have a higher level support do it (apply it to my existing account with the Paypal 5 off promo code.. I wanted to swap to this one for 10 off instead), and they'll make the change within 24 hours and email an update.

"YMMV" - do you ever notice while in certain (busy) areas, your speed or latency is worse than expected?

It really depends on where you are, and the amount of data congestion there (people actively using phones). Visible's normal plan gets deprioritized behind regular Verizon users. Visible+ is supposed to be on the same tier as regular Verizon users.

If you're rural, it (probably) won't do anything for your speeds.

Correct. Visible is QCI 9 and Visible+ is QCI 8.

Actually you might be surprised how all 3 are deploying their top tier bands (in this case n77) across nowhereville, USA right now with the rural broadband rollout from your tax dollars. (To support their home broadband boxes). Not surprisingly, since this is free money from the federal government, all 3 are going to leech it for its worth and concentrate on that before continuing their expansion around the metro areas.

Looks like new accounts should use promo "SAVE10" and existing customers that are upgrading should use promo "VISIBLEPLUS".

If you are satisfied with the service now, don't upgrade.

I live in an area where regular Visible is just fine. I tried Visible+ for 30 days and didn't really see a difference. I'm sure it's aimed for people who live in congested high traffic area and/or use high data on the regular.

I tried VISIBLEPLUS and it said code expired. I realized it was the code last December. SAVE10 worked for me as an existing user. It looks like the steps on the promo page still has the old code instead of SAVE10

I've seen great value in the "Plus" plan.

My old promo ran out so I was on the $45 Visible plus plan and serendipitously downgraded three days ago.

Step up promo SAVE10 worked great. Didn't need any special favors from a random CS agent.

If you downgrade and wait until your next billing cycle, should work no questions asked.

Also promo runs all the way through 3.19. More than enough time to catch a billing cycle change if you want to go the easy but slow route.

I got in on there last promo, $20 for basic and 35 for +. The porting was interesting (first time). The promo code didn't work as advertised on their site, but the chat fixed it quick. They also said to sign up at full price then they would credit and adjust monthly pricing. No wait very easy. Service has been as good as my verit, just tested it up in the mountains where only Verizon works.

Visible as a service is good but there are other offers like US Mobile yearly Unlimited Starter with 35GB Priority Data for $276/line with Taxes & fees included. If you don't need that much priority data, its worth a look.
