I stopped all my S&S. So difficult to get refunded for their own errors and poor quality of items. For instance, the pack of pineapple slices I bought last time it was here on SD were all severely dented in the middle of the pack. I did not inspect all the cans when it arrived but I only got one at a time from the edge of the pack. By the time I reached the middle, I could no longer return the item. I tried but they never compensated me from it. The other day I was also on the phone with them for half an hour to request a refund for chicken broth that was damaged and spilled to other contents of my S&S pack. I've had enough that o actually finally cancelled my Prime after several years. I now have Walmart super center and I'm very pleased with it. I live within two miles of Walmart and I almost always receive fresh from the store items unlike the almost expired items that are damaged during shipping that I receive from Amazon

No coupon for me, for this specific tea. But it's there for the other teas (more expensive teas). Still a good deal though!

I have never had trouble getting refunded. Actually, a quick chat with their AI chat triggers a quick refund.

Odd that it is paper and not plastic teabags that are the culprit.
