Be careful with the 48v 4pack. It's misleading, you get 4x 12v battery to make your own 48v.

I use lifepo4 batteries for my trolling motor. Two connected in series for 24v. They perform amazing because they stay at full voltage until their dead unlike lead acid which will stop turning the prop at about 50%

These are not the same as the lithium batteries found in small electronics.

Small note, these can't be charged when below the freezing point, it will damage them. Without looking I highly doubt these have cold temperature protection. It's not a big deal unless you plan to use these in the cold.

I am replacing my batteries in a Cyberpower UPS that is 12v 9ah and F2 connectors. Anyone have experience replacing traditional batteries with these in a UPS?

Interesting timing on this deal, I actually have this battery in an old UPS right now (APC) powering my plex server. I haven't done extensive testing yet but was planning on figuring out how accurate the run time estimate in the APC software is today. I can report back once I do that. So far, there are no issues.

When I was researching doing this I saw everything from "OMG YOU'RE GOING TO BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN" to "I've been running this setup for a while now it works even better than lead acid batteries". From what I can tell most of the hesitation is from people trying to use regular old LION batteries (way more dangerous) and that LiFePO is actually a great candidate for using in a UPS *provided* the batteries' built in BMS can handle the difference in charging voltage between the battery chemistries. On amazon the product description lists "UPS" as one of the use cases, so I'm assuming these ones can. Either way I got a bunch of free defunct UPS units and so really have nothing to lose. These same units are on sale on Amazon right now with a 20% off coupon for a bit more , if you don't want to risk having to pay for return shipping.

How is this for RV/camper trailers? I have a camper that came with two 12-volt "regular" RV/Marine batteries, connected to each other. They power the e-brake and come in handy if the power goes out for shorter periods of time. They get recharged automatically when not in use.

Would this be a suitable replacement? These are lighter which is a bonus.

I was told that lithium were not made to run in series, whats different about these? The ad shows what looks like a yamaha cart which is 48 volt and at 700 for a 4 battery setup add a charger and good to go
It depends on the BMS. If operating in series and/or/plus parallel, the voltage and quantity are stated by the manufacturer.

Can i use a non LIthium charger on this? I have a triple charger (Guest Charger Pro 5/5/5) on my boat. I only have 2 of the chargers hooked up to two AGM's. Would I be able able to hook this up to the third set of cables for charging?

Absolutely. Get the 100amp units and you'll double the capacity of your current batteries. Plus they're maintenance free. You also don't need to worry about keeping them charged to full. If you're using your batteries for high loads (heaters, pumps) in extreme cold (below 20* for hours), you should consider a battery warmer. If the batteries are in a space that is protected from the elements and you're using for things like lights and a small fridge, then these are direct replacement. No need to change the charger either.

Yes, but confirm with the seller. Most lifepo4 batteries are compatible with standard 12v/24v/48v chargers and automotive/marine charging systems. Do not mix battery chemistry types with each other because their fully charged voltages are different and could result in damage if not properly managed.

I don't have this brand but another manufacturer told me that standard lead acid type chargers will not likely charge to 100 percent, more like 90. Also it may decrease the battery life just a bit vs a charger built for lifepo4. I can't say for sure but the cycles this thing can handle probably wouldn't matter too much. Any way you put it, these have superior life over lead acid.

Doubt this has the correct voltage to fully charge it unless it already came with LFP

They do not work well in UPS system. I have tried in 2 of my cyber power units and the old system of charging and reading the internal battery percent are all wrong.
I
Here is a quick read as to why, if you wanna learn something read it, or be ignorant like most people and just say "yeah it'll work fine". I choose facts, what you do is up to you.

Can someone who have used this brand for a while (like 1 year or longer) comment on the quality, and longevity of this brand of LifePo4 batteries?

I personally have a set of 6 Dakota Lithium 12V/7AH and 1 Ampere Time (Now LiTime) 12V/6AH for some personal projects with solar panels and other uses.

I bought the Dakota Lithium for USB bitcoin mining with solar panel for solar energy
storage (2Pac USB miner), but originally bought it with the intention as a eBike
36V battery replacement for my Woot eBike I bought around X-mas 2022 that
came with a 36V Lithium ion 12AH battery.

I did test the 12V/7AH (x3) Dakota Lithium and they work fine for my eBike trips,
but I don't want to use unreliable or untested no-name brand name batteries that leaves me stuck mid-trip...

I know price wise these are way way cheaper than premium brand like Dakota Lithium, but I'm willing to pay a little more and avoid junk batteries.

My Dakota Lithium has worked to my expectations, although I haven't had to rely on them yet, because my original Woot Macwheel eBike is still holding up, and I have now over 1300 miles on the original Lithium ion battery and the eBike has basically paid for itself.

So -- the plan would be to buy 3x of the 12V/50AH and wire in series and create
a much larger travel reserve, but I only want to buy something that wont leave me stranded mid-trip.

The battery management system (BMS) chips are supposed to regulate charging. I read some people had problems with putting LiON batteries in UPS but I think those were for LiFePO4 without a BMS. I saw on youtube somebody modified the charge settings on an APC UPS with APC software when they installed their LiFePo4 battery.
any chance you have a link to the youtube video? would be very helpful

Their batteries don't have basic safety measures like short circuit protection
