I'm getting this for my home office so it won't matter because it's just me in there.
Edit: I've had the keyboard for about a day now. The keyboard is solid. The key switches (MX browns) are noisy but not particularly clicky. If you haven't used a mechanical keyboard before, this will sound loud. It's not the best for a shared work environment, unless coworkers don't mind. So far it is great. It will take me some time to get used to it. I'm coming from a slim non-mechanical keyboard (I have a mechanical keyboard on a gaming computer), which I loved.
Major downsides are the non standard Fn keys; There's two extra up top, and the spaces you'd have between esc, and every 4 or so keys are gone. The lock pc button is nice, but I've pressed that by mistake a few times when I meant to use the subtract key.

If you can find this sold directly via another retailer for a similar price, I would do that.

Just bought and realized not sold by Amazon and canceled my order. Thanks for HU
Seems like deal is dead now since it's not available as Amazon as the seller
The sellers vary, it seems it may have changed now. I realized a bit too late after checking the third party vendors reviews, a ton of them reference used keyboards.

However, after unwrapping the paper covering, the keyboard was already on with the connect key flashing!
And looking more carefully at the box, there were two layers of round security stickers, with the first stickers
having been cut open, and another sticker of the exact same size placed on top.
The seller had a 100% rating, so I had clicked the buy button without looking more deeply.
A closer look at the critical comments show many, many complaints of used items being sold as new,
but these don't count against the rating because the item was fulfilled by Amazon so they take responsibility.
The keyboard itself actually looks fine but I am returning it because I don't want to support a fraudulent seller.
If the item is very slightly used, then they should say so and sell it as such.
Anyway, thanks for the word of warning. If not for that, I might have attributed the keyboard being already on to rough shipping.
You chose the New option?

that being said you can easily half the sound of thok by adding rubber rings to your. KB. Yuou need to remove key caps and add a rubber ring around plastic tube that holds it. Then when you type you will be hitting the ring instead of the bottom of your KB.

Dang it, mine is used. Guess I got what I paid for, I didn't even realize though till looking at this post. The keyboard actually looks brand new but the box was beat up, factory stickers ripped and no paper. How the heck are there so many basically new returns out there, people trying all the switch options and returning what they don't like?
I also got burned on an Anker power strip this week from Amazon. It was obviously an older (different model), used version of the same product, carefully packaged and sealed with a sticker(in the box of the model I purchased, so you know someone upgraded and returned the old one). People taking advantage of the returns system, and Amazon punishes us by making it difficult to return (only way to have UPS pickup is to pay 8.99, otherwise they default to Whole Foods dropoff, which is a 40 minute round trip to return a product that was sold as new but wasn't. UPS dropoff is also an option, but where I live that is also an out of the way 30 minute round trip. Honestly time to stop relying on them, the convenience is beginning to not be worth the trouble.
