In theory you could, the issue is that these codes you are getting from cd keys could get used up while waiting to use them. They tell you that any codes bought by them or other grey market providers that the codes should be activated right away. And their customer service on codes that have been already used especially months from the original purchase are not great.

In theory could one buy 12 cards and just enter a code once a month? It isn't stacking, more like renewing every 30 or so days.

ive been buying these codes for years now and they are legit. Though im not sure i would buy a bunch of them and hold onto them, too much of a risk of them possibly getting used or expiring or whatever

I wonder if these are similar to the ones you get when you buy official Xbox hardware, they usually include a Xbox GPU trial in the box.

That just makes me feel really shitty buying from them knowing they could be from people getting scammed.

What's crazy is they are cheaper than even the lowest PS+ year long subscription when you break it down by month. An insane deal for all that you get.

There's different xbl plans. Game pass is like a subscription to a bunch of xbox games, pc game pass is those same games, but only on the pc, and game pass ultimate is both + some additional games. I think there are other levels too.
(Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but that's what it looks like to me)
