correct me if i'm wrong, but at first glance, this looks identical to the Sofirn SC18 which is almost always this price.

SC18 has SST40 emitter LED which is nearly as well regarded as the Nichia 519a in this one. 519a has 90+ CRI, fantastic tint, and still has quite good output. It's one of the most recommended emitters by flashlight enthusiasts for a good reason. SST40 in the WK03 that was reviewed there, and also on SC18 is a decent emitter but far lower CRI and tint isn't nearly as pleasant.

It may physically look the same, but the quality of the light, the beam itself, is far superior.
