Use coupon code: COS15 for 15% off orders over $50. So if u don't order the minimum for free shipping, at least the code will offset some shipping costs.
So, I'm a little confused. People are mentioning sets but the mix and match seems to only include single pieces. Does this only work if you craft your own set and is it cheaper than the normal sets?

I believe the sets are a tiny bit cheaper (less than $1), but this is a fantastic deal if you want to replace broken/missing items or you want to buy less items than are in a set or items that aren't in a set.

I actually think Corelle is fancier. It almost mimics the look of translucent bone china dinnerware at a much cheaper price.
i guess i'm fancy then!
it seems i may have just associated heavy with fancy. when i go to budget restaurants, plates are light. when i go to a fancy restaurant, plates tend to be heavy. i have a simple mind
When our fine china was looking not so fine anymore from wear and tear, we invested in some nice looking bone china set. But concerned about rough handling by our younger family members, we gave Corelle a try. Especially since our local King Soopers/Kroger grocery store had repeated clearance sales, about the same as this sale or better actually. I never was a fan of Corelle's looks. But after a decade of great functional use, hassle free, worry free, I've been a big fan for years. No chips, cracks or breaks, except when it was dropped onto stone surface from two feet above. One bone china salad plate already got chipped during a cleaning, where they get used far far less frequently than the Corelle's. Their functionality is more beautiful than their form, but love them now. I recommend for any family, anyone, for daily use. A bit pricy imo, so a great sale is the time to invest in them. Thanks for the post @hawkblu09!

I bought new Corelle on Black Friday 2 years ago. The quality has gone so far downhill that I really regret it.
My 30 year old set looks better than the brand new stuff. I wrote to them and complained about the issues. The replaced 5 dinner plates and 3 lunch plates.
The colored pattern on many plates was irregular and had blotches missing.
Several dinner plates are warped And don't stack with the rest.
There are blemishes on 2 plates that look like popped bubbles.
The pattern on the lunch plates off of center on many of them.
Just an FYI. You can get the IKEA Oftast plates, bowls etc for under a dollar for small bowls to around 1.79 for plates when they go on sale.
They are made in France by Duralex. Pretty much the same as these. Thin and strong.
We have used them in our vacation rentals and have only lost 3 pieces in 7 years.
The only thing is they are only in white.
We purchased the IKEA set, they're great, however we found that with our little girls they tended to break. Switched to Corelle with no issues or breaks since.
Both are great options, take this with a grain of salt!

Still working, thanks for this, didn't have to spend an extra $50 to save $7 on shipping.

I added Corelle Cherish 16 piece Dinnerware set. Original Price $110. I am getting "COS15 couldn't be used with your existing discounts". The final price in the cart is $66 after the 40% discount got applied. Am i missing something?
