In case anyone has an issue with this phone taking 4 seconds to unlock and wake the screen -- which is apparently a common OnePlus issue -- I found that when I unchecked double tap screen to SLEEP, the problem stopped, and the phone now wakes instantaneously. That was a really annoying issue.

AT&T finally sent me my bill, 6 days after activation and cancellation, $45. There was a $35 activation fee included. I had to use the desktop site when viewing my bill to see the "Don't recognize this fee?" button. After clicking it and hitting dispute charge and selecting "I shouldn't have to pay this fee", the dispute was instantly approved. My final bill is just the prorated amount for 1 day of my plan plus taxes/fees. $4.08!

If your bill was $45 and the activation fee was $35, shouldn't your remaining balance have been $10 which you had to pay? How was your bill only $4.80? Thanks.

Tax and fees. My bill was $42. Got the $35 activation fee removed and I only owe $2.04.

Canceled after 1 day. Got my bill yesterday - $110 for 1 days worth of service.

Chat agent claimed it would auto-remove the extra charges on the day it was due (~2-3 weeks time). Obviously I didn't want to risk that. 25 minutes later the chat agent finally removed the charges after getting 'supervisor' approval.

You can cancel using online chat. Do it as soon as possible as you don't have to wait for anything after you get the phone in hand.
