Could be good or bad. Depends on the quality of the parts and labor to refurbish it. You won't know until you receive it. For this price,I would not buy one but that is just me.

You're better off using backmarket. Renewed with Amazon only gives you 30 days and condition is iffy sometimes. Back market is pretty accurate in description and easy returns along with option to choose excellent or even to put a new battery for some options. Not to mention 1 year battery.

Same phone/condition is $516, new battery not available. Fair condition with a new battery is $532.

Don't know what you're looking at but renewed with Amazon is Good with backmarket and 128gb in backmarket in GOOD condition on backmarket is $410.53, Amazon renewed premium is back market EXCELLENT. Excellent on back market is currently $412 for a black one. You have to customize it and see what the actual price is

I bought a renewed iPhone 13 from Amazon a few weeks ago. It was listed as excellent condition, but arrived with the screen badly scratched and beaten up, dirty, and with a screen protector on (over the scratched screen). I returned it without turning it on. Still waiting for the refund to process. I think these are really hit or miss.

Got a renewed iPhone XS from them and it worked perfectly for 4+ years until I replaced it with a 15 Pro. Still sitting on my desk and working fine should I ever need it. I was pleased.

I purchased a "Renewed Premium" iPhone from Amazon and it was in like new condition. I couldn't find a single indication of use.

(But that being said "Renewed Premium" area always like knew (I think) and have a longer warranty).

I have picked up 2 renewed in excellent condition. Battery was 90% on one and 86% on other. Return was seamless as Amazon goes.

Neither came with original cable or power adapter. Both came with generic braided cable and generic cheapo charger

I bought a 14 plus in the summer. Excellent condition from an Amazon 3rd party- direct supply or something. Battery was 93% and the phone looked great. Still works fine today. Bought a 14 in excellent condition from amazon warehouse and battery was 89%. Phone looked fine. Amazon excellent states battery will be over 85%. Amazon premium is when battery will be over 90%. I read that somewhere on amazon. No problems with connecting either phone.
