It turns out there are secret button pushes to change equalizer modes on this thing:
https://youtu.be/ktjCIpky_Lg?si=-...Y4xY&t=267

hit volume up and phone simultaneously to cycle between 3 treble modes,

hit volume down and bluetooth simultaneously to cycle base modes in a similar fashion

It's still showing full price for me despite trying 2 different browsers...it's clearly marked as full price in my Cart at Checkout unfortunately.
Update: After failing with Chrome and Firefox, used Brave browser and I'm now seeing the discounted price in the Cart. Thanks folks for letting me know that the deal is still alive--much appreciated.

It's also still $100 on eBay.
But which is the better deal?

I just checked. The 7 is $150, not $99.
The 6 is the same deal as on the eBay store: $100.

So I guess my question is:
This deal, the Onyx Studio 6, or the 7?

You need to add to the cart and is only for Blue.

Anyone else fail to get a confirmation email? Was able to place an order but never got the email. Used the order # for an order status lookup and it says "no such order" for the details provided.

You're right! It shows $150, but an extra $50 discount pops up. BTW, grey also had it, so color probably doesn't matter.

$350 boom box but no am/fm receiver. Even at the discounted price I would want more features.

Do you know of any premium brand boombox with FM?

Is this better than JBL speakers ?
My .02 this in terms of pure output, this is positioned in between the Xtreme 3 and Boombox 3, but those will have much longer battery life are better as portables, more rugged, waterproof, etc.

This is mostly an indoor speaker ok for occasional ~3 hour trips to the deck, and it's a great value at this price.

There are other offerings from Anker and Tribit that are more competitive at this price than what JBL has.

But I'd say almost nobody would regret buying this at $130. It's a very good value at that price.

I just went through this whole thread looking for anyone to mention the Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus and didn't see anything so I'm also curious how it compares.

I bought the Boom Plus last year for the same price and to me, it's outstanding! Great bass, great clear sound on higher levels and rated IP67 so you can use outside.

I've seen this speaker a TON in the past and always wanted one until I bought the Soundcore. Is it that much better or is it comparable. Because I'd like to eventually buy a second Soundcore for stereo linking them.

Maybe a radio app for phones will be released soon.
