Love their life time warranty (free repairs). My jacket caught on something and ripped on the sleeve. Brought it back to the store and they sent it out for repair for free.
I do have a question though. I assume we can return in store?

got a med micro puff? vest fits almost like a Xsmall .. bought it from some other retailer but wonder if they'd let me swap for large in any other color at one of their stores..? wore it maybe once or twice
the cost of production on most all their product is probably 1/100th of the retail price..!!
are you to tell me that their quality is 10X or more that of 32degrees brand.?
just like with many other lux brand, big part of the allure is the more uniquness and elite status feel that comes from knowing that not every tom dick or harry out there could afford to be wearing them..!!

web specials at patagonia store normally not as good price as REI clearance or BackCountry. something is happening, users speculate it's because patagonia has pledged to use good fibers or something in a couple of years and is clearancing the old inventory.
