same here, but my experience is only with Nike and not Adidas, unless you're talking about strictly basketball shoes, I haven't tried Adidas basketball shoes, the casual walking or running shoes has been great with Adidas

Sounds like you don't have narrow feet but actually have wide feet and should probably wear new balances. They are by far the widest mass market shoe Ive worn. Consistently too
