Downvote me doofus but it's true. Even in 60 degrees I'm still chilly wearing this.
Out of warranty and not easy to repair because it's where the bottom of the pocket zipper is. I'm going to try to stick to higher quality/durability brands.

Fill power indicates how warm is the down per unit weight — to deliver the same amount of warmth a low fill power jacket (450-500) will be very puffy, vs a high fill power jacket (800-900) which will be much sleeker. 650-fill is medium quality down.
Down weight is a different measure, literally the weight of the down present within the garment. You use the measures together to understand warmth. Note that the down weight is unlisted for this product (as opposed to for instance, the 800-fill 2.8oz-down-weight Eddie Bauer MicroTherm 2.0 jacket).

More expensive will generally hold its feathers longer (but still lose them over time), be warmer per weight and volume. Some more expensive jackets will be optimized for lightness, but not be durable nor have pockets. Some will go the other direction and gain those feature but become heavier. Depends what things you want and how much you want to pay.
MicroTherm is quite warm but not the warmest, relatively sleek for a puffy, light, packs into own pocket, tears easily, loses some feathers. It's expensive. I was happy enough to buy another when it went on sale. But there are many good options in this product space.
