Sonos offers a Credit Upgrade to 30% Off an Eligible Regular Price Product Purchase at Sonos.com when you follow the steps below.
Deal Instructions:
- Note: Must activate credit upgrade between February 23, 2024, at 12 AM PST to February 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
Deal Instructions:
- Sign into your Sonos account.
- View the products registered to your account in the System tab. Qualifying Products that are eligible for the Upgrade Program will be clearly marked under Your Account, indicating the Discount Credit level that will be applied to your future purchase.
- Navigate to the Upgrade tab within Your Account and follow the instruction steps for each Qualifying Product. You will be directed to accept these terms & conditions in order to receive your Discount Credit.
- Your Discount Credit and the amount of your discount will be reflected and available for use anytime you are logged into the "My Account" section of sonos.com.

2. You do not need to send your old device in for recycle.
3. You can only use one code per item rather than order like before so if you want 2 x era300 for example add the 2pack and use one code rather than two.
4. 30% discount will override any other discount such as sale OR bundle price.
please do some research before spewing this incorrect information

I just claimed the 30% credit on one of my Play:5s and the Upgrade page says it'll be credited during checkout; however, I'm trying to buy the Amp and as I go all the way through the checkout process to the 'place order' page, and no credit has been applied.
UPDATE: DOH! Nevermind, just realized it's not automatically applied. On the first checkout page you have to (+) the credit to add it to the order. Apologies for the confusion.
I've got four Sonus Play 1's and received the upgrade offer but not sure if I need to upgrade from my PLAY 1 or the Beam soundbar.
It's for my SAMSUNG TV /Sound Home Theater setup that I've never been that impressed with. It's my bedroom setup.
