Deal Instructions:
- Note: Must activate credit upgrade between February 23, 2024, at 12 AM PST to February 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST

- Sign into your Sonos account.
- View the products registered to your account in the System tab. Qualifying Products that are eligible for the Upgrade Program will be clearly marked under Your Account, indicating the Discount Credit level that will be applied to your future purchase.
- Navigate to the Upgrade tab within Your Account and follow the instruction steps for each Qualifying Product. You will be directed to accept these terms & conditions in order to receive your Discount Credit.
- Your Discount Credit and the amount of your discount will be reflected and available for use anytime you are logged into the "My Account" section of sonos.com.

2. You do not need to send your old device in for recycle.
3. You can only use one code per item rather than order like before so if you want 2 x era300 for example add the 2pack and use one code rather than two.
4. 30% discount will override any other discount such as sale OR bundle price.

I've got four Sonus Play 1's and received the upgrade offer but not sure if I need to upgrade from my PLAY 1 or the Beam soundbar.
It's for my SAMSUNG TV /Sound Home Theater setup that I've never been that impressed with. It's my bedroom setup.

But my question is there a way I can get this discount on a Move 2? I don't own a Move 1... but many gen 1.... ones, 5s, 2 sound bars, and a sub.
Question is can I do the 'upgrade' of these many non-move speakers to a Move 2?
It's terrible they don't support new speakers on old app based on the price they charge. but I could use this in a new Rv trailer and not use in my home at all. .hence my Q. .

On a side note... I always find it stunning that companies that consider themselves high value and charge $$$ for their product then super cheap out on their support. Sonos Mon-Fri 8-5 support with offshore support more interested in being happy and getting a good rating vs helping their customers. It's like Tiffany's staffing like Walmart. Hopefully, Sonos employees see the frustration many of us have. Like their execs have never read the many studies over the year of new customer acquitision.. go after it but dang.. help your current customers far more. :-)
Training family how to go into theater mode is over. Reconfiguring the glitchy Logitech remote with it profiles which ultimately randomly disappear is over.
It might be more expensive to get near equivalent, which I do not have near equivalent, I have beam and ones, and all any of us have to do is just simply turn on the tv and it just works. It just works. No regret.
