Got an email from Sonos saying the upgrade credit has been increased from 15% to 30% from now until 2/29. 
(Last time this happened was 2020)
Note that the Beam and One SLs that I have are qualified for 30% upgrade credit, even though the eligible products through their website (https://www.sonos.com/en-us/upgrade) don't show them as 30% upgrade credit.

3. You can only use one code per item rather than order like before so if you want 2 x era300 for example add the 2pack and use one code rather than two.

I called sonos and had them switch the coupons. I told the rep exactly what device i intended to use the coupon from. I had to repeat myself multiple times and be clear AF what i needed.
It is now showing as switched in my sonos upgrade account.
Very annoying that it happened in the first place.

I ordered and it said back ordered till march 2 but they actually shipped it out the next day and I received them on Thursday. You'll enjoy the 300 as rears if that's what you're thinking about
Hopefully, they will ship soon. I am looking forward to setting them as rears.
