I am one person, I highly doubt that I am the reason they did away with a lot of their deals. I believe the $10 coupons continued on for a little while after they stopped working for the Big Dinner Box. I am not sure when those coupons officially went away, but that was only in the past few years after 2020.
Back on topic: This deal seemed to work for me, as I received an email this morning saying that I have a free large pizza: "Valid for 15 days, offer can be found in your Account on the Pizza Hut App." However, I do not actually see this anywhere in the app. So, we'll see if they fix it.
EDIT: It is working on the app now. You should have a "message" for it when you go to your account, and it lets you order it from there.

In any event, once you got the subtotal up over $20, the coupon brought it down by $10.
If I recall correctly, I am pretty sure that this Big Dinner Box deal was still working for a little while when the introduced the actual Hut Rewards program, so I did accumulate some points on top this deal for a little while. That didn't last long, though.
